Given the perishable and consumable nature of our items, and our commitment to sustainable glass packaging, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Returns We do not accept returns of dairy products due to their perishable nature and the type of packaging used. Ensuring the safety and quality of our products means once they leave our facility, they cannot be returned.

Refunds As returns are not accepted, we do not offer refunds. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing them.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed or shipped. We encourage you to confirm your purchase decisions before finalizing them.

Transit Damages We take great care in packaging our products to withstand transit conditions. However, should you receive a product in a damaged state, please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
